Who we are
Sarah Perfumes is an independent fragrance publication. You can reach us at hello@sarahperfumes.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
- Newsletter details: the email address you type into a subscribe form, and the date you subscribed.
- Contact messages: the name, email address, subject and message you send us through the contact form.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated page view information such as which pages are popular and roughly which country visitors are in.
We do not ask for payment details, we do not run user accounts, and the tools on this site calculate everything inside your own browser without sending your answers anywhere.
Why we use it
- To send the monthly newsletter you asked for, and nothing else.
- To reply to your message when you contact us.
- To understand which guides are useful so we can improve or update them.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that host the site, deliver the newsletter and measure traffic, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for twenty four months and then deleted. Aggregated analytics are kept for twenty six months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@sarahperfumes.com and we will act within thirty days. Every newsletter also carries a one click unsubscribe link.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms validate and limit every field before submission, and we keep access to subscriber data restricted to the people who need it.
Children
This site is written for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, mention it in the newsletter.
