If we have used your work

Send a notice to hello@sarahperfumes.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Please include all of the following:

• Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been used.
• The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices within five working days and remove or disable the material where the claim is valid.

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, the material removed, its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error.

If someone has copied us

Our articles, scores, testing data and photography are original work. If you find them republished elsewhere without credit, let us know at hello@sarahperfumes.com and we will handle it.

Repeat infringement

Contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright are removed permanently and their work is taken down.
